 I'm Dana, and I specialize in personalized coaching and consulting designed to help you achieve balance, reduce stress, and thrive in all aspects of life. With over 10 years of experience in IT-Sales and various health-related qualifications, including 500 hours of Yoga and Meditation teacher training, I offer customized strategies to optimize your time, health, and well-being.

The Nagomi way: Work-Life Harmony

 I believe in the seamless integration of work and well-being, where both thrive together.  My coaching and programs are designed to be practical and sustainable, even for those with uniquely busy lifestyles. 


Achieving a balanced and healthy life, however, is a deeply personal journey—what works for one person may not work for another. When we're out of balance, it often manifests in various ways: anxiety, paralysis, mood swings, anger, exhaustion, menstrual irregularities, burn-outs or even something as simple as skin irritation. Ayurveda, states issues arise when we're out of balance with our "true constitution" (Prakriti). To address this, I always begin with an imbalance assessment (Vikruti Test) to identify areas of focus. From there, I build a holistic approach to help you regain balance. 

 To help my clients re-gain balance I utalise five key areas I focus on with my clients:  

I teach mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your holistic wellbeing . Let's explore the  techniques  together, and see how you can use them to your advantage.


"REST" Often underestimated and simplified, therefore we re-define rest.  Utilizing the principles of the seven forms of rest, to empower you to achieve holistic rejuvenation and sustainable peak performance in all aspects of life. 


Based on your goals and imbalances we dive deeper into your current diet. Develop a toolbox of suggestions or plan to help embrace the ease and joy of cooking whilst improving your health. 


Unlock your healthiest self with our goal-focused program for time-scarce individuals. Experience efficient training and gentle activities that fit seamlessly into your uniquly busy lifestyle. 


Fulfilling Social connections is essential for wellbeing. Based on your goals, I help assess your current social environemnt to guide you in setting the right boundaries. Together, we'll unlock the full power of social connection to enhance your holistic health. 




Starting your Personal Nagomi Journey

Initial Meeting & Regular Interactions

You can either give  themselves a one-off "Balance Boost", where you have an on-demand 90-minute  consultation targeted at a specific goal or obstacle or begin a longer joint journey.


We begin with a 90-minute discovery call where you share your desired focus areas. We'll explore your daily and weekly routines through targeted questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of your lifestyle. Utilizing Ayurvedic principles, we'll assess any potential imbalances and align our strategies with your desired goals, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being. In some of the  programs you can take it one step further and do an additional health consulting with an Ayurvedic Doctor for an in-depth consultation regarding personal constitution. 


Based on the initial  assessment I personalize the service further to help you crystallize and achieve your goals. Together, we will develop a plan to ensure the future you desire whilst considering your time constraints. 


Meetings can have different formats dependent on individual preferences, examples: virtual, at our offices, or in the form of "walking-sessions".
